Race Management R.A.C.E. Nashville is a professional road race management team created to meet the needs of any company or charity that desires to raise money and increase public awareness. R.A.C.E. Nashville is committed to serving you in a variety of capacities. Services we offer include but are not limited to: RACE CONSULTANT: We will meet with you and your race committee to help you create a new event, or bring in new ideas to a current event. We will brainstorm with you in areas of promotion, management, and administration of your event. We will train you in the key areas of race management so that you can "do it on your own". Fee: $250 RACE MANAGEMENT: We will manage your start and finish lines, and provide computerized results in a timely fashion. We provide all the necessary finish line equipment (including large digital clocks, timers, finish chutes, cones, banners, starting pistol, bullhorn, computer and printer).
RACE MANAGEMENT FEES:
Traditional timing: $1595.00 flat fee for up to 400 participants. If your race is larger than 400 participants, we recommend chip timing. If you do not want chip timing, we will charge you an additional $3.00 per entrant above 400 entrants.Our fee for scoring two races on the same day (5K/10K) is $1895.00. If the total number of entrants exceeds 500, we will charge the additional $3.00 per entrant over 500.
Chip Timing: $1895.00 plus $1.50 per entrant (for disposable chips)For two races: $1995.00 plus $1.50 per entrant (for disposable chips) * For races longer than 10K, our fees will be slightly higher. Please email us for a specific quote for longer races such as 10 milers or 1/2 marathons etc.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL: You can rent any of our equipment for your event. R.A.C.E. Nashville has a number of equipment items available including but not limited to: * Large Digital Clock (displays times at the finish line): $200.00 * Sprint 8 timers (records every finishing time): $75.00 each (two for $100.00) * 1000 Watt Generator: $50.00 * Finish line chute, starting gun, bullhorn, flagging, up to 20 cones, etc: $150.00 * Package (includes all of the above): $400.00
Race Management Staff:
Tom Holland: A founding member and vice president of R.A.C.E. Nashville, Tom also has several years of race management experience. Tom is still a competitive runner and triathlete, having completed three full-distance Ironman triathlons and several ultra-marathons including the grueling Western States 100 miler. Kelly Langdon: As a volunteer race results coordinator for the Nashville Striders, and now with R.A.C.E. Nashville, Kelly has a wealth of experience in road race management. Since 1996, she has provided race results for countless road races in middle Tennessee. David & Leslie Hudson: David is another founding member of R.A.C.E. Nashville. David and his wife Leslie are integral members of the race management staff. David and Leslie both bring several years of road racing management to the team - David in the area of course and finish line management, and Leslie in the area of registration and results. David, a former Belmont University athlete, is also an accomplished runner with a sub-16 minute 5K to his credit. Dave Milner: Owner and founder of Tennessee Running, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and race management experience to the R.A.C.E. Nashville team. He is also the current Assistant Track and Field/Cross Country coach at Belmont University, having also competed for Belmont University as a student. Some of his well renowned organized track meets and road races include: The Music City Distance Carnival (bringing some of the best athletes from around the US). Dave is still a competitive runner.
